About the room
Hello, I live in an apartment complex called VB on 12th. It has been a fantastic place that I’ve stayed in so far. It is a “One Bedroom two bath with a den” Which Is basically a two bedroom two bath is how I’ve always viewed it. I am in a scenario in which work has required me to move, and I am either looking for someone to take over my lease at $1475 a month, or become a roommate with my current roommate who’s in there. He’s a great roommate. Will need to be passing a credit check to come into the lease. We have until February 7 to keep the same rate for my roommate who does not want to move if he doesn’t have to. He’s in the large room I was staying in the small room.
