Hi all! My current roommate is moving out on 9/1/23 and now I’m looking for a new roomie to sublet the room from 9/1/23 to 12/31/23, with the option of renewing!

This is a large room in a 2BR/1BA ground level apartment within a 3-family home in a quiet North Brookline neighborhood. It is in a prime location for students and working professionals—conveniently located within walking distance of the green line (B + C trains) and bus route 66, Citi bikes available at the end of the street, close to BU/NEU/HMS/MCPHS, short walking distance to many shops + restaurants in Allston/Brighton and Coolidge Corner.

~5 min to/off Mass pike ~10 min drive from Longwood Medical Area ~15 min drive to Fenway Park ~20 min drive from Boston Logan Airport

Rent: $1,300 (all utilities included) + $25 for wifi

Apartment features: -Furnished common areas (living room, kitchen) -1 parking spot in a private driveway -Free laundry, shared with 1st floor neighbors -Tile floors, carpet in bedrooms -Front porch, small backyard, private entrance -DOG FRIENDLY and NO PET FEE (No cats 😞 sorry I’m allergic)

I’m a 28 y/o male. I’ve been told that I’m pretty friendly, responsible and easygoing haha. I currently work in a vaccine research lab in the longwood medical area. When I’m not working, I spend most of my time training and competing in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. During the rest of my free time/weekends, I like to explore new restaraunts in Boston, occasionally go drinking and dancing with friends, watching shows, deep cleaning and cooking.
