About the room
Peaceful, top floor rooms available in an ivy-twined, red-brick house from prewar times. Surrounded by thick walls that make Wooster Square houses so precious for lovers of peace and quiet, these rooms that Im offering here will make you actually sleep better in this vibrant and (for good or bad) sleepless city. If this is what youβre primarily looking for in your room hunting, you should stop looking around and be settled right here, where youβll enjoy other benefits like spacious rooms (about 170 sqft each), even bigger living room and kitchen, w/d in the apartment, off-street parking ($50/m), permission for pets πand all utilities including in the rent.
About the roomies
Iβm a mature, quiet, responsible woman with an academic background. Working from home, with loner kinds of hobbies like running, reading, movies and sewing (not quite quilting yet β¦), I tend to keep it to myself, though with an occasional (at least once a day) need to socialize even if just a bitβim sociable and social and believe that particularly in a shared living environment communication is indispensable. Open to whole sorts of cultures, though lifestyle-wise, I prefer a roommate with a regular schedule and on the super-quiet side.
