About the room
This apartment is at a great location. It’s 15 min from universal studios and 20 min from disney. It’s right by the outlets, millenia mall, and florida mall. There are many restaurants in the area as well as nightlife and near downtown orlando.
The apartment itself is on the first floor and has 2 bed/2 bath, a small patio, and a small storage. It includes all utilities except for electricity. If you want to know more you can look through the club at millenia apartments website.
About the roomies
I would be the only other person in the apartment! I like to keep to myself and don’t make much noise. I also dont have any pets and wouldn’t want one in the apartment.
I like for the apartment to be clean and quiet for the most part. If you are someone who has parties and makes a lot of noise at night please do not apply.
