Northwest 21st Avenue

Room is private with it’s own bathroom and walk-in closet. The unit is in the building closest to the pool, mailboxes, dumpster and leasing office which is very convenient. The area is amazing with plenty of food franchises and grocery stores, but also local restaurants within walking distance.

The 3 of us are all UF Engineering majors and we clean every Sunday. The common area doesn’t get cluttered as most of our belongings are in our rooms. Any disputes have been solved cordially through a simple conversation.
