The unit has Air Conditioning and a washer and dryer. Water, garbage, and exterior upkeep are covered by the owner. Gas, Electricity, and Wifi are split evenly amongst tenants monthly. Tenants are clean and share a kitchen and living space on the main floor. There is a 75“ television, two couches (one leather recliner and one sleeper bed), a recliner chair, fireplace, and large dining table. The counter-tops are new butcher board, there is a large farmhouse sink, the refrigerator and microwave are new. Electric dual-oven and flat 5-burner stove. The owner supplies all cooking utensils. There is a bathroom on the main floor. Extra storage space is available in the crawl-space underneath the stairs, the shelves in the boiler room, and in the garage. The detached garage has no room to park a car inside; there are countertops and cabinets installed. There is ample space along the street to park a car, or directly in front of the property. All carpet and hard-wood flooring are new. The condo has a patio with lights and seating. I hope to add a grill soon. The tenants have access to a clubhouse pool and fitness center. The property is within a 10-minute walk (<2-minute drive) of King Soopers, multiple restaurants, and a running trail.

Depending on their length of stay and aesthetic preferences, the tenant may be permitted to paint the walls in their private space and/or add attachments to the wall, with the approval of the owner.

I am a single 28-year old Choir, Musical Theatre, and Social Dance teacher at Liberty Common High School just down the street. I grew up in Fort Collins and received a BA in Music from Colorado State University. I am a member of a funk band as well as 2-3 Northern Colorado-based choral ensembles. I am an active member of the Greek Orthodox Christian Church. I enjoy running and rock-climbing and reading in the evenings on my armchair in front of the fireplace. I enjoy following a TV show with a friend. I am an avid whiskey collector. I am part of a semi-weekly DnD campaign with some friends. I host occasional poker nights in my detached garage. I enjoy having dinner with my parents at their house once every few weeks. I enjoy inviting over guests and making dinner for them. I enjoy making and sitting down for dinner with my roommates on a weekly basis. I don’t own any pets. I have one other roommate who lives upstairs and works from home. We keep the kitchen and living area tidy.
