This apartment is very well located in West Adam. It’s just some miles away from Hollywood, Beverly Hills, downtown LA and the USC, and walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, and the train. Washer/Dryer in UNIT!!
Rent is $1,280 + 180 Utilities = $1,460.
About the roomies
You’ll have potentially 3 roommates, but the landlord rent the other rooms through Airbnb so sometimes you’ll get the house for yourself 💅🏼
