Hello everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Twelve55 Living which is across Guy West Bridge and convenient to campus. The rent is $900 and lease is up till July of 2024. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and you wiill be occupying one bedroom and the bathroom. The other bedroom is already occupied, and they are an amazing roommate. He’s working 24/7 so he’s rarely at the apartment.

I recently accepted a job across the bridge, and would be counter intuitive of me to commute 1.5 hours everyday for work. I’m just trying to see if anyone’s interested, since if I do a breakaway from my lease I’d have to pay a month and a half’s rent but to get around that I can find a new tenant.

The balcony looks over the street, and the building is apart from all the apartments so there’s no hallway and you’ll have the privacy you need. You will have your private room, and bathroom. Kitchen and living room will be shared spaces.

Please let me know, I’m more than willing to accommodate you and guide you to their application process. It would be a tremendous help if I can find someone as soon as possible. Ideally no later 08/31 since I start my job 08/21
