Haster Street

This is a Mobile Home park in Anaheim right between Disneyland and Angels baseball stadium. Tons of great food options as well as bars and breweries close by. This listing is for a private room and private full bathroom. The bathroom is right across the hallway. There is also a rather big closet next to the sink for the bathroom. Just installed some brand new vinyl plank flooring. Walls are somewhat thin and the wifi we have available is not the best just fyi. There is a washer/dryer/dishwasher to share. Basically anything you could ever need in the kitchen. Within the park is a pool, laundry room, and trash areas. All of which are a short walk from the front door. Lots of cameras throughout the park. We do have cameras around the mobile home as well. You will park in the guest parking areas which are a short walk to the mobile home and is in camera view.

There is already 2 of us living here a male(me) and a female and we are looking for another female to move in as my dog has decided i am the only male allowed in her life. She is friendly, cuddly, and loving but very protective and is not a fan of men. No other animals will be allowed. I also dog sit quite a bit so hopefully you like dogs a lot! If you are a messy person you will be asked to leave as i am not tolerate of messes in shared spaces. If you don’t leave a mess everywhere you go and can consistently clean up after yourself we shouldn’t have any issues at all. Both of us work a lot too so we won’t tolerate someone keeping us up all night either. Genuinely a more quiet/not home too often roommate is what I would definitely prefer. Besides that we are both easygoing and go out sometimes together/ cook and watch movies together. We have friends over sometimes but not too often. You are welcome to as well.
