I’m 45 yrs old professional living there. There are furnitures in the living room and dining area that can be shared. I like playing guitar and watch netflix in the evening but not beyond 10pm. I’m a vegetarian. Sometimes a small beagle dog stays with me overnight (max 2 to 3 nights in a month))

Involves application process through the apartment leasing office that costs $60 and include background check etc.

I’m a software engineer and work remotely M-F 7.30-5/6pm. I play tennis so most evenings and weekend hours are gone for that.
