About the room
I am renting the second bedroom out of my apartment, which is located in downtown Sacramento. Bathroom would be shared but the toilet and shower are separate from the bathroom sink and mirror. Must be okay with cats (I have one).
About the roomies
I am easy going. I do currently smoke marijuana in the living room but I am open to accommodations if that is an issue. I have a cat but am looking for someone with no pets due to difficulty with accommodations. Also would prefer someone who does not drink regularly.
