Saratoga Street South

Roomy upstairs master bedroom, comfortably lived in by the previous couple. Has its own bathroom and standing shower (no tub), as well as closet. Two shared living areas, one right when you walk into our unit and the second one right down the stairs from the master bedroom. The latter living room will mostly be entirely yours as we don’t have any of our belongings in there and there is only one entrance, which just leads to the bedroom.

This house is split into two entirely separate units, but I honestly can barely tell with how spacious our side is and with how silent the other tenants are. Water, trash, and sewer are all paid by landlord. Electric, gas, and internet paid by us. Trying to figure out the security deposit, will update soon.
