Donald's room

I listed the residence as a house and not a trailer. It is a permanent two thousand and 56 sq. ft. manufactured home on a 2 acre lot. You will have the large, 15 x 16’ master BR, furnished, with blackout curtains and cable tv connection. Also a private bath, garden tub, shower, linen closet, double sink, enclosed toilet room and large walk-in closet. There are 3 friendly, spayed female cats in the house so hope you aren’t allergic.

I am a self sufficient 74 yo handicapped Vietnam veteran. Another gentleman roomie, full time employed, and I use the other two guest bedrooms and share the 2nd bath. Wireless internet, cable tv, electric and water included. Also use of common areas, LR, DR, & kitchen. I do ask, besides keeping your room neat, that you help, the keep common areas clean after use.
