It is a beautiful and well-maintained home, spotlessly clean inside and out. The price includes utilities, Wi-Fi available free. The available bedroom is very spacious, it measures approximately 225 square feet, a skylight with lots of natural lighting, it has window air conditioning, natural gas heating, it is furnished but if you do not want furniture we can take it out of the bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with three people, equipped with many cabinets marked for each roommate. If you need something we are open to make adjustments. In this neighborhood at night you can only hear noises of nature, during the day a light traffic.

You will share the house with three other people, young professionals who study and work. My wife and I live in the second unit since it is a two-family house, so we are aware of anything you need, we take care of cleaning in common areas, but we encourage everyone to clean up after themselves.
