Green Lane

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in Manayunk. I’m relocating for work and school to shorten my commute.

This is the biggest room in a townhouse on Green Lane. It’s a great location near main st and five minute walk from the train station. Very convenient for those that need to commute to other areas of Philadelphia.

This is perfect for recent graduates or someone looking for an affordable place in a great area. The roommates are all in their 20s and we like to keep things quiet during the week.

The room has the option to come furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is an extra $25/month. Utilities and internet are not included, but are split between the roommates.

There are 4 of us right now, all in our 20s and recently graduated from college. We’re all white collar with one of the roommates working from home most of the week. We keep to ourselves throughout the work week and try to keep things quiet and clean. On the occasional weekend, we enjoy getting together to check out Main St. and the surrounding areas. Or just stay at home during that time.
