Two story condo located in Fallsgrove near Shady Grove hospital. Comes with washer dryer and full kitchen. Within driving distance to Red Line and has access to i-270. Common areas of condo are fully furnished but feel free to bring any couches/chairs or other furniture. There is a wooded balcony that oversees the neighborhood and beautiful trees that surround the area. Best of all, we have street parking as well as a back parking lot and both are free to park! Grocery store and Chiptole are within walking distance. Rockville Town Center and Downtown Crown and Rio are all within 7 minute drive. The homeowners/condominium association gives access to a pool and a communal gym. You will need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the condo unit.

I work in the area and am looking for someone who is preferably around my age. I love gaming, I love my cat, and I love to have friends over to play Dungeons and Dragons and go out to DC. I currently work in Rockville and I am knowledgeable of the area. My roommate and I have lived here for the last year but he is moving on. The property is lgbtqa and 420 friendly. You will need to submit an application to the landlord/property manager. However, they are largely hands off and have only contacted us to schedule repairs.
