Young 28 yo professional looking for roomatte for year lease. Move in anytime after July 31. Large room with it’s own walk in closet and bathroom with shower. Two story condo located in Fallsgrove near Shady Grove hospital. Comes with washer dryer and full kitchen. Within driving distance to Red Line and has access to i-270. Common areas of condo are fully furnished but feel free to bring any couches/chairs or other furniture. There is a wooded balcony that oversees the neighborhood and beautiful trees that surround the area. Best of all, we have street parking as well as a back parking lot and both are free to park! Grocery store and Chiptole are within walking distance. Rockville Town Center and Downtown Crown and Rio are all within 7 minute drive. The homeowners/condominium association gives access to a pool and a communal gym. You will need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the condo unit.

About the roomies

I work in the area and am looking for someone who is preferably around my age. I love gaming, I love my cat, and I love to have friends over to play Dungeons and Dragons and go out to DC. I currently work in Rockville and I am knowledgeable of the area. My roommate and I have lived here for the last year but he is moving on. You will be taking the room I am currently in and I will be moving into the larger room. I’ve posted the pictures of my room as well as the pictures of the common area. Please be ok with cats. My cat is friendly but he is a cat. I also love plants and would love fellow plant lovers! Just be cautious with what plants are toxics to cats but even then we can figure things out.
