Room includes private, en suite bathroom, double platform style bed, two end tables, small dresser. Walk in closet, with shelves, use of laundry and all other common areas. Must have full time employment with verifiable references and stable work history. Smoking permitted outside only.

My husband and I have been renting rooms in our very comfortable home over 7 years. I’m pretty much a homebody who enjoys plants, music and just chilling with my fur babies. My husband is retired Navy who is still employed with civil service, avid golfer. We love to barbecue, take day trips and hunt for treasures at flea markets and thrift stores. We are respectful, mostly quiet, not drinkers, liberal mind set. Covid Responsible.
