Dustin's room

A room available in a 4 room house which include my bedroom and a second bedroom. There currently is a queen sized bed (pictured) if you’d like to use it, otherwise feel free to bring your own. There is a shoji room with tatami mats to host friends and another room to workout in with free weights and a bike for the glutes lol. In addition there is also a living room, dining area, kitchen and patio area. I’ve got wifi, cable and almost every streaming service. There is ample street parking but you may park on the lawn if you need to. Unfortunately there is only one bathroom.

My grandparents built this house in 1948 so several generations of my family grew up in this house. My family lives in the adjacent house so we have pretty good surveillance! They also have a pool that you can cook off in if you wanna take a swim.

I have a 12 year old frenchie who is great with people but has gotten hostile to other animals on his turf. I also breed fish as a hobby so the property has a bunch of fish tanks and ponds tucked here and there.

I’m a gay professional Graphic Designer / Art Director and occasional DJ who just got out of a fifteen year relationship and just moved from New York City just before covid struck. Obviously, you must be lgbt friendly. Im in no rush to fill the room so I’m willing to wait for the ideal fit who can coalesce with my aesthetic sensibilities and who will harmonize with my disposition, which is honestly pretty carefree and open minded but also responsible and respectful.

I’ve been reluctant to let my friends move in because I’d hate to cause a rift over domestic incompatibility. I’ve had over 20 roommates in my life so I have a lot of experience cohabiting with others.
