-Large room capable of fitting a queen bed, full size dresser and computer desk with room to still walk around. Bonus, I can furnish the room at no additional cost if need be. -Great location with everything you would need nearby and yet still far away enough to get away from all the city noise. -Direct freeway access making for an easy commute! We already have at least 1 Van Pool set up and the PSNS Worker Driver Bus stops at the end of the community.

Common questions and answers… Q1) Are you renting the whole house?
A1) No, we are renting per the room.

Q2) Is there a private bathroom? A2) No, the bathroom is shared. With the double vanity there is more than enough counter cabinet space to put things.

Q3) Are pets allowed? A3) We are currently not accepting any pets at the time.

Q4) Are couples allowed? A4) No, not at this point. It would make the house to crowded. Looking for single occupancy at the time.

Hi! My name is Andrian. I along with most everyone else work at the local shipyard. The home is very inviting, yet we tend to stay to ourselves most times. You’ll most likely see my around working on a new upgrade to the house or just passing by. We do not party, so sorry we wont be throwing any ragers here.
