Hi all! My roommate is moving out of our 2x2 apt at the end of March, and I’m looking a new roomie to move in May 1st, 2024. Rent is $970 including electric and wifi. I live about 15 minutes from UCF and 12 minutes to Waterford lakes. It is a third floor I apartment so there’s little to no noise. It’s a 12 month lease, ending August 31, 2024. females preferred.
