The master bedroom is opening up for rent in my lovely East Nashville home! Available Oct 1.

Master bedroom: $725 plus utilities 13x10 Huge walk in closet

10 minutes to 5 Points and Germantown, 12 minutes to downtown!

Room is unfurnished, and the bathroom is shared. We unfortunately can’t accept kids or couples.

We have a RING video security system, washer/dryer, super fast internet! We also have a screened-in back porch.

One month security deposit required. 6 month lease available. Utilities are roughly $100 a month. No more pets please (no exceptions). I do have a very friendly cat 🐱 I live in the basement apartment (with my own bathroom), and there are two other very quiet roommates who are hardly ever home.

Looking for someone who doesn’t party, is quiet, clean, and thoughtful. Having a day job is a plus, as I work on music in the basement during the day. All genders/orientations welcome.

There is no real storage at the house, but there is a storage shed with a little free space you are welcome to, and the master closet is gigantic.
