One bedroom is used for a spare room/sewing room and rarely used by guests. You would have your own bathroom. Downstairs is main bedroom, kitchen and living room plus half bath. Driveway parking. Rent includes all utilities and internet.
About the roomies
A couple lives here who own the house. He is mid 40s and does apartment maintenance. She is late 30’s and an RN. We both work during the day so quiet hours during the week are needed. Two dogs are in the home.
