About the room
1 bed room, full bath, has dresser with mirror, sink in the room along with a closet. We have a pool and hot tub if you would like to use it and we are in a gated community. Everything is very close like restaurants, grocery stores and CVS.
For the most part me my mom and brother work so we would see each other in the after noon.
Also we have a big game room with a nice TV and Xbox followed with a Netflix.
Washer and dryer is available and along with anything you want to cook (microwave and stove top)
In the back of our neighborhood we have a very big track you can run on and we live next to a big park called Independence park.
About the roomies
It’s just me my brother and mom we are quiet people and looking to have the room rented out to for anyone who needs it. We all work for the most part so we would all probably see each other towards the after noon.
