Tres Lagos Boulevard

Master Bedroom and bathroom in a luxurious home/neighborhood. Hello there! I’m currently a female engineering graduate student at UTRGV. I am renting a 1 story house with four bedroom in the Tres Lagos neighborhood. It is brand new. Finished building two weeks ago. It’s in a pretty luxurious neighborhood community where most of the houses are above $350,000. House has all the latest and moden amenities. —>

I am renting one bedroom for my sleep and the other as my office space.

This leaves two additional bedrooms, including a big master bedroom, and a normal bedroom. The house also features an expansive backyard. If you want the masterbedroom (which is really nice!), rent is $850. The normal bedroom is $600.

My lifestyle is always academic. I’m pretty studious and quite. Never really have people over. And super clean.

Perhaps the most notable advantage of residing here is the extraordinary community atmosphere. The neighborhood is truly stunning, featuring picturesque lakes that you can kayak and paddleboard. Moreover, residents enjoy access to a complimentary gym, pool, ampitheater, monthly farmers market, and the vicinity has its own charming coffee shop, as well as a selection of local restaurants and a convenient mini meat market grocery store. Texas A and M satellite campus is also in the neighborhood in case you were going there. And I drive to UTRGV often if you ever want to hitch a ride to carpool. Also the owners of the house are my brother and his friend. I can say they’re really chill landlords and just want the tenants to be happy. I’ve like being friends with my roommates, but I respect your privacy if you’d rather have minimal interaction.

Just me. I study all the time. I like the house on the colder side. I’m getting a kayak, but I probably won’t be going out to the lakes often. You are more than welcome to borrow it. In general, you can use anything I have. I’m not particular about my things or food. However, I will not use any of your things or eat any of your food. I always end up buying more food than I need, so I like my roommates taking it. I may have one or two friends over in my office to study with me. But that will rarely happen. In any case, I super clean, nice, and always willing to help you out!
