About the room
Looking for someone to take over the master in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The room is very spacious and bright, with your own large closet and ensuite bathroom. The apartment has updated appliances, including a dishwasher, and laundry in unit. The room will be unfurnished but the living room will be furnished. Will leave the A/C unit for you.
The building is in a great location on the upper west side, right on the corner of 86th and Columbus surrounded by a ton of lively shops and restaurants and only one block from Central Park. It is also one block away from the C train and two blocks from the 1. Pre-war building with very friendly and respectful neighbors.
This would be a lease takeover, and the lease is up in June with an opportunity to renew.
About the roomies
Your roommates will be two young professionals, one male and one female. Both are super clean and respectful, and have been wonderful to live with for the last couple of years!
The first roommate is named Cara, she is 26 and works in the healthcare field. The second roommate is named Florian, he is 24 and a PhD student at Columbia who is from Germany.
