Just below main st and washington just about the heart of el cajon, had the apartment for about 5 months now and have had no issues with parking on the st or getting home late.

Im a 19 year old male student at grossmont college, ideally you are aswell, been living in san diego since i was 6, i have family living in el cajon, they and others would be visiting infrequently. Im more introverted and just want someone to pay rent on time and keep the place clean if they leave a mess, i smoke cannabis fairly often so if your comfortable with that aswell hmu.
