The house is located close to Evergreen Way, which offers easy access to public transportation and shopping, yet far enough off the main streets to offer a peaceful neighborhood environment.

My partner and I have been renting rooms for over 10 years and take great pride in what we do! We appreciate our opportunity to offer high quality, affordable housing to those in our community. There are currently two other roomies living here, both of whom have been renting from us for several years. They are friendly, and mostly work and keep to themselves! They are respectful of common areas and clean up after themselves, and we expect the same courtesy from all our tenants.
