Beautiful Julington Creek Home in Saint Johns Area. Four Bedrooms, two baths, with a large backyard. Full access to two (2) Amenity Centers with pools, tennis courts, gyms, party facilities, and more. Home has Fiber Optic Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, air conditioning, an inside washing machine and dryer, as well as an 80“ Flat screen TV with Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, and Prime. The rental Bedroom has its own closet and adjoining bathroom. Bath is occasionally shared by the owner’s visiting teen children. A 3 year old Xoloitzquintle does share the house, he is sweet, but does need to get to know new people for a bit. He goes to day care and will be crated until he is comfortable with the new roomie. Then he will be your best friend. The house is completely gluten free and Kosher. If you can hang with that, you’ll love it here.

I am a California native living here until my kiddos graduate from high school, so a few more years. A Navy of 22 years, I work in the Cyber-sec industry fighting good from evil. I keep gluten-free, not by choice, and Kosher by my ancestors. I love to try new things and have fun, but staying home and watching a movie with a yummy bowl of popcorn is great too. I prefer neat over messy, organized over chaos, and scheduled over not done. However….my life is messy, chaotic, and often very spontaneous. So, there goes that.
