About the room
Warm and welcoming home in a great neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, lakes, rivers, and Old Town! This space is dog friendly - we have a very cute dog named Penny. If your dog is friendly and doesn’t shed a ton, we can consider. Laundry on-site 420 friendly One bedroom and a semi-private bathroom(laundry room is in the bathroom) There is a hot tub in the backyard Room can be fully furnished or not 12 mins- Old Town 8 mins- CSU 16 mins- Horsetooth Reservoir 1 hour- Denver 1 1/2 hour - Estes Park (Rocky Mountain NP)
Utilities are not included and are usually around $100 depending on the season.

We are a couple who loves to travel, cook, go to concerts, and socialize. We’re looking for a friendly roommate that is cool with doing their own thing, but is also open to hanging out and being apart of the household.
