Large bedroom room (10’ 5“ x 13’) and a smaller (10’ 5“ x 9’) with one bathroom in 4br house. Freshly painted. Large backyard with hot tub and bbq. Located in a culdesac right off the greenbelt in North Davis. Ideally I would like to rent both rooms to one person for $1,600. Open to renting both rooms separately but the bathroom would be shared.

Hi, my name is Rich. I am looking to rent out one or two of the spare rooms in my 4br house. My girlfriend lives here with me part time(maybe 3 nights out of the week). Cannabis friendly but smoking needs to be done outside. I have one small but not loud or yappy dog and a giant very friendly 30lb maine coon cat :) We don’t really want any other dogs moving in, but if they are good with cats and other dogs, or at least not a danger to my pets, I could be open to it. If you have a cat that would get along with another cat and a small dog that could definitely work. Any other caged pets are just fine.
