Looking for a roommate (6 month to 1 year lease) to share our spacious 1,400 sf apartment with a deck in the heart of Historic Downtown Jersey City.

All common spaces will be fully furnished. The listed bedroom + office is furnished as well. You would be sharing the space with 2 people.

Move-in date is flexible from September 1 to October 1.

The Bedroom is Approx 14’ x 13’ and includes a 10’ x 6’ Office/Bonus room adjacent. This would work great for those who work from home and would like to keep their bedroom and workspace separate. Please refer to the last image for reference.

The Bedroom + Office lists at $2000 per month including internet. It is negotiable upon discussion -Utilities approx. $40 per month for electricity/water and gas. There is an in-unit Washer and Dryer and Dishwasher in the kitchen.

A security deposit of $2000 (1 months) is required. Application will be sent to the landlord for a background check before approval. Must agree to 2 month move out notice. — With Newark Avenue less than a 5 min walk from the building; numerous restaurants, a weekly Farmer’s Market, shops, rooftops, and bars/clubs, etc!

The NJ PATH Grove St train is conveniently located less than a 5 min walk from the building. -25 min travel to 33rd Street Herald Square -7 min train ride to World Trade Center —
