I have a room for rent in a newly remodeled four bedroom and two-bathroom private house in a really nice and quiet neighborhood, located on the hills of the Box Springs Mountain Reserve Park, which offers a lot of hiking trails and parks, and great city and mountains views and it’s close to the 215, 60 and 91 fwys, shopping centers, banks, dining, university, hospital, downtown Riverside and much more.

If you are looking for a place to come and relax after work, in a very clean, peaceful, quiet and relaxing environment, this is your place. I am very laid back and easy going. Please be gay friendly.

The house includes a house manager, who is one of the roommates living in the house, she is a nurse student, very nice clean and respectful lady. I live in Reno and come back home once in a while, I am a professional guy, very clean and respectful..
