3rd floor (nice high ceilings) 2 bed 2 bath apartment, listing guest bed/bath. Amenities include a clubhouse gym and swimming pool, dog park, and a paved walking area around the lake. In-unit washer and dryer, electric and water bills apply. Apartment is carpeted except for bathrooms and kitchen. Maintenance is super responsive and easy to put in a repair request. Parking is not assigned, but there are covered areas and garages available for a fee each month. No smoking inside the apartment, but there’s an outdoor screened patio that I currently have decorated with curtains, rug, and some seating. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. Close to multiple shopping plazas and restaurants.

I’m a student and work full time, so my sleep schedule is very important to me. Roommates must be respectful of the communal space and keep quiet at night. Must be on time with rent and utilities. I don’t go out tons, keep to myself mostly. Dogs are welcome, but there is a pet fee for the apartment, which is also carpeted so must be willing to keep up with the cleaning. I enjoy cooking for myself and others, and would like to have a friendly relationship w/ my housemates.
