Pricing: The heating, internet and youtubetv are included. Electric is split by 1/3 (est. $70 mo,) I currently rent out an in-law suite inside my house. I have a roommate who has been a tenant for the past year who will be moving out soon. Available September 10th.

The Space being rented: 1 bed room, 1 small living room, laundry utility room and full bathroom. There is plenty of parking outside, storage in the garage or other areas. There is a couch inside the in-law suite and some misc. furniture if needed. There are two cats currently, entire house is 2,400 sq ft.

Shared spaces are the entry way/mudroom with storage, The large living room, the kitchen, dining room, sun room, downstairs closets, deck, 1.7 acres of yard and outside space with many gardens.

Currently myself, a CT native, my spouse from Ecuador, and her 5 year old daughter. We have a large upstairs with many rooms separate. I work in finance, I consult, I travel to play sports as well as a plethora of other hobbies. We are looking for a roommate who is professional, who can be agreeable in discussions and can communicate things effectively, proper communication is paramount.
