Caroline's room

I have a 12x12 private bed/bath, furnished or unfurnished, in a 3-bed home in Athens, a mile from downtown. A bus stop is a block away. The house is recently built and well cared for. The downstairs is an open kitchen, living area. The house has 4 porches, 2 screened-in, so there is a lot of space to spread out. The house is fully furnished so there is not room for added furniture. Fenced in yard out back so the dogs have plenty of runaround space. Rent includes all utilities, including wifi.

MUST LOVE DOGS! I am 55, a university teacher, and I have 3 dogs. 2 med/large dogs, people-friendly. One does not like other dogs, so no new pets in the house. The third dog is 10 lbs, 14 and blind, so she requires extra care from me. I will add that, due to her circumstances, I have had to add space rugs all over so she doesn’t slip on the hardwood floors. And she can get yappy in short bursts, full disclosure there. She is in a crate when I am not home for her safety and generally sleeps all day. I’m a mature, quiet non-smoker seeking same. No smoking on property. I wake around 7 every morning, teach away from home 3 days a week. Work from home the other days. Lots of walking, yoga, and generally enjoying a calm life.
