I have a fully furnished room available in Ladson, SC for $1,100 a month with everything included. Located 10 minutes from Charleston Southern and less than 10 mins from downtown Summerville in a quite brand-new neighborhood. House is less than a year old with all new stainless-steel appliances with a spacious backyard that backs up to the woods for added privacy. Fully furnished rental includes use of bedroom and bathroom linens as well as all kitchenware. Bedroom available 8/10 with a half a month deposit ($550). I am the owner of the house and am currently getting my graduates degree part time after work so am constantly busy. I am mainly at the house during the Weekdays and am gone during the weekends. There is one other renter in the house and are very tidy and quiet.
