Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to Porter Square, and a 10 minute walk to Davis Square so it is red line accessible. The green line extension is also within walking distance. A classic Somerville house with washer/dryer in the basement that we share with another unit. Shared patio in the back with a grill (great for hosting), porch out front, private elevated balcony. 4 very large bedrooms on the second and third floors, 1 large bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a large pantry connected.

The room for rent is very spacious and does not come furnished. However, a roommate who is leaving is offering their bed frame, night table, etc. All rooms are spacious enough for a desk and a queen sized bad, and they all include a walk-in closet

Hi! We’re Ben (27) and Kate (29) and Mike (31). We’re looking for a roommate to fill our four-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for a September 1st lease in Somerville. Kate is in education, Ben is a language engineer/linguist, and Mike works in sales.

We’d like to live with other young professionals or grad students (25-early 30s). No couples please! We’re very tolerant folks - LGBTQ+ friendly, smokers welcome. Unfortunately we cannot have pets :(
