Connie's room

My home is centrally located in Stockton,Ca. It is a 4 bedroom home with a pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the mall and about 10 minutes from UOP. The room currently available contains a full bed, dresser, and Tv. The guest bathroom is shared with myself as I dont not use my master shower at this time. There is parking on the street or driveway (designated spot). There are cameras on the property (outside only). The home contains all the appliances you may need for cooking. There is a washer and dryer located in the garage. There is also A/C and heater in the home. At this time, we are searching to rent to females only who are either a travel nurse or a grad-student (preferably). Please do not message me if you are not either of those. Must be a responsible adult. The room rate is $900 which include all utilities. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit (cleaning/security). No couples. You must be clean as I maintain a clean home since I do have animals. I also ask that you respect my home and property including the room. I enjoy the privacy of my home and at this time guests are not welcomed unless speaking with me in advance. I like to be mindful of others in the home and I try to make my home as cozy and comfortable as I can. Please contact me if you would like to see the home. The home houses my Fiance and I. We both are working adults and have opposite schedules. We both tend to be home bodies and enjoy working out, hiking, or spending time at my father’s home that is 2 minutes away. We have 3 fur-babies(1 cat, 2 dogs). So you must love cats and dogs. My dogs are Maltipoos and are about 10 lbs. Simba and Nala will probably bark at you at first but if you give them attention and many treats they will be your best friends. Timon is a hyper kitten who enjoys drinking out of water bottles.
