My current roommate is moving out at the end of September and I am looking for a new roommate to take over their part of the lease. This is my second year living at these apartments and I really enjoy living here, the neighbors are really friendly! I do not have any pets, but I am totally ok with them! Though there would be a pet deposit you’d have to pay.

I highlighted in pink the areas that would be your spaces (obviously living room, kitchen, balcony would be shared) on the floor plan. You would have your own bathroom, and since the room is smaller you could use the dining space and it’s closet however you like. We have one parking spot reserved for our apartment only and have other residential and street parking available. I currently do not have a car, but am planning on getting one in the future.

There are two utilities that we have to pay, internet and electric.

I am 27. I work at a hardware store full time, but I hopefully will begin a new warehousing job soon. I play music (guitar as well as some other instruments), I enjoy digital photography, going on walks, and exploring the sites around Washington.
