About the room
I’ve got a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Thornton. Very safe area, with a very well managed HOA greenbelt right outside. Furnace+AC+state of the art air purifier inside unit (I work in HVAC haha) which makes the house VERY asthma/allergy friendly. The bedroom is on the corner of the house and is separated from any neighbors noises. Full closet available along with full renovated bathroom.
Grocery stores, gym and all other stores are close and easily accessible.
It is an easy 20 minute drive into Denver.
About the roomies
I am a 23 year old male, I work in HVAC and I love to workout. I really enjoy dubstep and going to shows, but at home I am very quiet and appreciate people’s space.
I have literally never had a problem with any roommate that basic communication couldn’t solve.
My other tenant will be a co-worker of mine (HVAC). He is 41 (for the longest time I thought he was late 20’s and just messing with me about his age)and also extremely joyful and easy going. We both can have a good time, but prefer the house the be a place of peace.
