Morgen's room

Looking for 1 female grad student/young professional roommate/tenant (I own the house and will be occupying one of the bedrooms). The house is located in the South Perry District, only 5-10 minutes from downtown, GU, and WSU Spokane (not to mention a short walk from Perry Street Brewing). 1 room will be available as early as October 9th, but the move in date is flexible. There is a total of 3 bedrooms in the house (all bedrooms will be filled) with one bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the home and storage space in the unfinished basement. I would prefer female roommates ages 25-35. I am looking for a roommate who is very clean, tidy, and respectful.

Hey all, I’m Morgen. I am going into my 6th year teaching special education at the elementary level. I stay very busy with work and the gym during the work week so I am typically away from home from 7:45am to around 6:30pm. On most weekends I visit my boyfriend who lives out of town. I love spending time hiking, skiing, and on the lake. I also enjoy cooking, but I usually meal prep as I don’t find cooking for just myself to be the most fulfilling. Lastly, I am a practicing Christian. I would love to live with other Christian women, but I am very open to live with other people who do not share the same beliefs as me.
