Our neighborhood is the perfect location for students or working adults. It’s less than 30 minutes to The University of Houston and Rice. With shopping centers such as the Tanger Outlets and Baybook Mall even closer. The Neighborhood itself has your typical storefronts that’ll meet any typical standard. The room available is a garage converted to game room. It’s spacious and furnished. With six windows for natural light lovers. There’s also a bar with a working sink because sobriety is overrated. The color scheme is vibrant to say the least so feel free to repaint if you’d like. The room has it’s own entrance so you’ll never have to see our faces. We are awesome so that’s your loss. As for noise, blast music couldn’t care less.

I’m 24 and you’ll be dealing with me most of the time. The two other residents here are an older couple with a weird infatuation with Disney but hey you’d be lying if you said Disney didn’t have some bangers.
