Master bedroom with bathroom for rent in 5 bedroom house in Southridge Fontana (off Citrus and Jurupa). -$1,000 per month plus utilities to be split with other roommates based on usage and $1,000 refundable deposit due upon move in with 1st months rent. -Master bedroom with 55 inch TV, double windows with shutters and room darkening blinds, led lights, and large closet. -Private bathroom in room and two additional bathrooms in house (3 total) -Pics show room with furniture, but room will not be furnished. -Would be living with 4 other people (2 males, 2 females). -Only requests are to treat house with respect and have your guests do the same. -All roommates are full-time workers and/or school, so prefer the same. -Kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances 2/2020. -Requesting $1,000 deposit to be refunded if no damage to the room when you move out. -420 friendly household -Parking is street parking in residential area with plenty of open parking. Garage parking temporarily available if needed to unload groceries, etc. -Available to move in end of this week.

Looking for: -Someone who works and/or school full-time -Someone who is clean, picks up after themselves, and respectful of shared spaces. -Someone who will respect the house and the other people living in it -No kids and no couples. No exceptions. -Prefer no pets, but open to discussion -Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

Overall, we’re a pretty chill household of working adults who pretty much stay to themselves. Since we have varying schedules, most of the time it feels like you live alone as there are days/even weeks where we go without seeing each other. I must emphasize that we want someone who is clean and picks up after themselves (and their guest). We want a household that appears clean at all times, so if any of us (potentially you included) are to have anyone over that the house is presentable.
