I’m renting a studio space in my home thats located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Bills included (propane for stove top not included ).

The renter has access to a private studio living area with kitchen and bath.

The studio is close to shopping , restaurants, gym, and laundrymat.

The property is occupied by owners who work full time. We are peaceful people who are respectful and don’t smoke or do drugs we expect the same from our renter.
