Joshua's room

The room is in a freshly fully remodeled modern house in Sunrise Florida only 3 minutes from Sawgrass mall. A large backyard and a brand-new driveway with plenty of parking. Private bathroom. The home also has an empty/extra room that can be for rent for a workspace only directly for a tenant, an option for somebody that works from home. This room and bathroom are on its own side of the house.

2/4 rooms are currently occupied by myself, my gf and a long-time friend. One of the rooms will not be rented, it is set-up as an office. We all have full-time jobs and expect a clean and neat roommate. All very friendly and are in our mid 20’s.
