Beautiful townhouse in a family oriented neighborhood. Private room and bathroom for rent. You will pretty much have the whole house to yourself as I am only there a couple times a month.
My boyfriend and I have two homes. We are currently living in our other home. I like to keep our Westchase home available for me to stay at when I do business over there. Maybe a couple times a month. So you would pretty much have the place to yourself. I keep it very clean. I am looking for a clean, respectful, roommate to enjoy the home responsibly.
