I am traveling and during that time and need a responsible sublease that I can trust to surrender the apartment back to me. Background check and referrals required. You’d be locking in a $3,500 / mo lease when the other penthouse apartments with lofts (there’s only 3 other ones in the entire complex) are going for $4,100+

I am more than happy to leave the apartment furnished, or remove everything before move-in. Either way works with me, I’m flexible.
