Balley Drive

This property is a new townhouse situated in a beautiful neighborhood just north of Phoenixville. We’re within walking/biking distance of town, and a quick drive away from essential shops: Giant/CVS/PetSmart/Wawa and more. The room for rent is the third bedroom in the 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. I’m currently renting the second bedroom out and am looking to rent to another woman in order to honor my roommate’s request that I don’t make her share the bathroom with a man (which, as a man, I completely agree with 😂). The basement is finished, and I own some exercise equipment that I don’t mind sharing (treadmill, adjustable dumbbells, weight bench). It also features a dry bar which I keep stocked with the essentials for anyone to enjoy! I have two cats, and my partner visits for a few days out of the week with her dog. Because her dog, although sweet, is incapable of calming down around other people’s animals, I have to implement a no-pets rule for all renters. The room is unfurnished.

I am a somewhat reserved neurodivergent soul who values tidiness and common courtesy. I am a union electrician and spend the majority of my time working, gaming, doing home improvement projects, or training for competitive style freediving over in Lancaster. I’m very easygoing and willing to put in work to accommodate any of your specific needs or requests. This home has two cats.
