Hi, I am looking for an individual (no couples) to fill an unfurnished private bedroom (110sf) and own private bathroom (not shared). I don’t spend time in the living room so you are welcome to make that your own, in good taste of course. I am looking for a nice, quiet, clean, organized, considerate, respectful, and professional person to rent to, who has a full time job.

Internet, water, gas, and sewage are included. Electric will be divided fairly. For example if you work from home or if you’d like to run a/c all day you’d be expected to pay your fair share.

First come, first serve gated parking with assigned pass and access key for gate entry to parking. Access to community laundry about 50 feet from the unit (12 washers & 12 dryers).

The place is next to South Coast Plaza Mall (Crystal Court side).

The place will be completely empty and ready for move in after 09.01.2023. Photos taken while current tenant moving out. The only thing that will remain is the dog, the stove and the fridge.

Parking is the drawback here. People who are not regularly home before 9PM probably won’t work out well, as parking becomes very difficult. I have a reserved space and I am more than willing to be flexible to accommodate an individual who is a good communicator. Example: “I have an event on Saturday and won’t be home till after midnight.” In situations like this I would be happy to take an uncovered spot and leave you my reserve space so you can enjoy your life outside of home.

$40.00 application fee/ credit check +$150.00 to be added to the lease totaling $190.00.
