The room is about 12 by 15 feet. It is freshly painted and has original hardwood floors and a fireplace. The room is air conditioned. Great windows and natural light!

The house is on a quiet street in Northside, approx. a 15 minute walk from the businesses on Hamilton Avenue. There is heating throughout the house, window AC on the first floor, and central air on the second and third floors.

On the first floor, there is a living room (will be furnished with a TV and sectional, waiting for delivery), a dining room, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen. The kitchen has newer appliances–large fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher. I also have some smaller appliances you would be welcome to use. There is lots of storage in the kitchen. There is a full bathroom on the first floor. This will be split between you and the other roommate.

There are two bedrooms, an office, and a charming bathroom on the second floor. I will be living in one of the bedrooms and using the office. I will be renting out the entire third floor.

There is an unfinished, dry basement with a washer and dryer. Lots of storage space. It’s about 800 square feet.

There is a covered front porch and a large, fully enclosed backyard with mature trees, a deck, hammock, and a small dining set.

There is plenty of on-street parking available. Free, no permit needed.

No smoking or additional pets on the property please. Utilities and WiFi included.
